Currently, has been passed on to his daughter Ida Adora Ismail who at just 29 years old is the youngest CEO in the industry to continue the legacy. SAS as a service provider for the rotor wing and fixed wing aircraft market, specialises in providing engineering services, commercial flight services and aviation training services.

> Wesley Tan is Managing Director of AQINA farm and the 3rd generation family of farmers from Pekan Nanas, Johor. Succeeding the family’s legacy started by his grandfather, then passed on to his father and now in Wesley’s hands. Wesley continues to optimise the Malaysia Agrofood production landscape having successfully led the establishment of several ESG oriented farming projects such as organic certified poultry farms and social pineapple farming platforms for the poor in rural regions. He is currently driving his team towards expansion throughout the Peninsular and East Malaysia regions. Wesley aspires to transform the traditional idea of agriculture into a career that is fun and honorable for the upcoming generation of farmers who will ultimately shape the future.

> Iman holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Culinary Arts Management from (UiTM). This was followed with a MBA from Multimedia University (MMU). She started her career path as a Business Development Executive where she was in charge of numerous accounts, tenders and proposals. Her grasp and knowledge in business provided her the edge for creative input in every project she handled. Since then, she has been entrusted to head the Business Development unit where she specialises in Business Development, Marketing and Sales. Drawing on her diverse education background and experiences, she is also skilled in creating effective action plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
