The two-day journey:
Participants map the emotions currently present in their teams and organization — using the ECD cards to surface what is felt but rarely said. The day establishes honesty as the foundation: current culture, named without blame.
Teams design the emotional culture they intend to create — defining the feelings they want more of, the behaviours that produce them, and the leadership habits that will sustain them. The workshop closes with commitments, not notes.
